Director, Larry Tuck, BA(Hons), PGCE is an experienced instructor in Chinese martial arts and eastern health practices.

He has over 25 years' experience in the leisure and fitness industry. He founded Joint Effort Fitness in 1990, after a decade as a local authority leisure centre manager, and brought with him a wealth of experience in the teaching of physical exercise.
