Facilities
Our fitness studio consists of
some 15 stations of mostly Polaris weight training machines, along with
disc loading machines and free weights, (dumbells and barbells) and their
associated benches. We have cardio vascular machines,
(bikes, steppers, rower, treadmills and air-cycle), from Concept 2, Technogym
Life and Precor.
Memberships:
Memberships are really for keen
users attending 2 or more times per week. They include induction
sessions and use
of
gym facilities without further charge. Click

Induction sessions:
Induction
sessions consist of personalised
training programme. So you would have one to one attention, typically to lead you
through your first routine. If you had paid a membership fee there
would be no charge for these sessions, otherwise it is a chargeable

The sessional training fee:
This rate is
best for those who attend 1-2 times per week - it still includes full use of gym
facilities.

Personal Training Services:
One-to-one and small group tuition carried out at the gym, your own
home, or other venue. Any of the activities undertaken at the studio are available. The
exclusive attention and personalised nature of the service is ideal both for those too
shy to join mainstream activities, and those who wish to make exceptional progress. Costs
depend on location, number of participants and numbers of sessions

Fitness Assessment:
We can run a number of tests including: blood pressure, body fat
